Shipping policy

Our goal is to get your order to you as soon as possible. Orders will be dispatched within 48 hours of payment being received Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). Our parcels are sent WITHOUT signature delivery, so will usually be left at the door if no one is home. Please ensure there is a safe place for your parcel to be left, or set up an authority and giving instructions to the courier about where it's safe to leave your parcels. We take every care to ensure your order is appropriately packed and protected during transit, but appreciate that very rarely damages may occur. All risk in the parcel will remain with you upon delivery and we will not offer a replacement or refund for any loss or damage as a result of your parcel being left.

Delivery within New Zealand

We offer free shipping anywhere in New Zealand for orders over $100. Otherwise shipping rate are:

Once dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number which you can use to track your order every step of the way. We aim to have your order with you between 3 to 5 working days however we have no control over the courier companies' delivery timeframe or outcome. Please contact us if you have not received your parcel within 5 working days so that we can resolve any issues.

Please note that by dealing directly with the courier company yourself you will receive first-hand information rather than waiting for us to contact our local branch who then contacts your branch.

Lost or Damaged Items

  1. An item is not considered as "lost" until at least one weeks after the maximum expected delivery date.
  2. Once our shipping agent considers the item to be significantly overdue and therefore "lost" (or if the item has been received in a damaged state) we will contact you to obtain a declaration to confirm the non-delivery (or damage).
  3. Once both of the above have occurred, we will work with you to either provide a replacement product or a full refund.
